Traditional mat based Pilates classes taught in Bideford, suitable for all range of abilities.

Small class numbers focusing on improving flexibility, increasing muscle strength and tone (particularly of the abdominal muscles) and balancing muscular strength on both sides of the body.

 

Classes have something to offer people of all ages and levels of fitness. Equipment is encorporated into routines to provide support for beginners, as well as resistance for people looking to challenge their body.

 

Learn to improve your posture as well as relieving stress and tension through the use of mindfulness and relaxation to finish the class.
